Upgrade & Downgrade
You can change your plan at any time.
Upgrade
When upgrading you get immediate access to the new features. The difference is prorated.
Downgrade
A downgrade takes effect immediately. Access to the features of the higher plan ends right away, and the associated data — such as recommendations or Content Hub items — is lost in the process. Before you confirm, the dashboard shows you exactly what will be removed.
Change Billing Interval
Switching from monthly to annual billing takes effect immediately: the remaining part of the current month you already paid is credited, and the annual amount is charged once. You can switch under Settings → Subscription. Switching back to monthly billing is possible at the end of the current annual period — please contact support for this.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time under Settings → Billing. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period.
