Understanding Recommendations
Recommendations are the heart of optimization — concrete actions that improve your AI visibility.
Note: Recommendations are available from the Rise plan.
How Are Recommendations Generated?
Based on your scan results, art8 analyses:
- What signals are missing for AI systems to recommend you?
- What are your competitors doing better?
- What quick wins are there?
Prioritization
Each recommendation has two dimensions:
- Impact: How much will this action improve your visibility? (High / Medium / Low)
- Effort: How much work does implementation require? (e.g. 1h, 4h, 1 day)
Focus first on high impact with low effort — those are your quick wins.
Status
Recommendations can have different statuses:
- Active: Still to be implemented
- In Progress: You are working on it
- Parked: Set aside for later
- Done: Implemented
Typical Recommendations
- Create FAQ page with customer questions
- Add reviews and references
- Add Schema Markup (structured data)
- Create About page with clear positioning
- Update business directory listings
