2. Hosting

Our website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). When visiting our website, information is automatically stored in server log files:

• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of access
• Name and URL of the accessed file
• Website from which access is made (referrer)
• Browser and operating system used

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technical provision and security).
Storage period: 14 days, then automatic deletion.

3. Account & usage data

During registration we collect:

• Email address
• Name (optional)
• Company/brand
• Platform usage data (queries, settings)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
Storage period: Until account deletion, then according to statutory retention periods (max. 10 years for billing data).

4. Payment processing

For payment processing we use Stripe Inc. (354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA). Payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe. We do not store credit card data.

5. Email delivery

For sending emails (transactional emails, notifications) we use Resend (Resend Inc., USA). Your email address is transmitted to Resend.

6. Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to analyze website usage. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects:

• Approximate location (country/city)
• Referrer (where you came from)

IP addresses are anonymized. No identification of individual persons takes place.
